YOU can quite easily fix this by not leaving your products as derivable 3. Zero Change products are NOT against the TOS 2.
READ the TOS.im so sick and tired of this conversation. Besides, if they derive it from you and just publish it again you're getting your cut from their sales also. I've come across multiple people stealing my textures and icons and doing this exact process to myself, however it's a factor that I believe will always exist and we just have to move on.

Some people just do not care, they get on here, steal products, make their money and get pro tier, and then when they finally get caught they simply make another account and do it all over again. They even seem to steal the same icon (even if it has your name written all over it) and publish it. They simply derive, and republish the same product (making no changes to the texture) but simply putting that texture/product under their own name for themselves.
